Tickets for our summer show, Oliver!, are officially on sale! Based on Oliver Twist by Charles Dickens and written for the stage by Lionel Bart, Oliver! has been entertaining audiences since the 1960s (last seen on the Star's stage nearly 40 years ago). With a cast of 50+ local actors, Oliver! stars Ben Schneider as the title character, Thomas Treadway as the Artful Dodger, Reid Barth as Fagin, and Andrea Schneider as Nancy. The show is at once dark and bleak with multiple villains and bleak storylines yet lighthearted with a colorful gang of pickpockets and characters finding joy in the most unlikely places. From lively musical numbers, such as "Consider Yourself" to heartfelt moments, captured in "Who Will Buy?," this classic story is filled with adventure, laughter, and hope.
